Team jackets, vests and track pants for NZ teams
CUS supplies teams, clubs, schools and businesses across New Zealand from our base at 1/17 Wall Place, Porirua. The outerwear range covers sideline and pool jackets, smocks, tracksuit jackets, puffer vests, varsity jackets, the Icon jacket and track pants, so a club can dress for any weather.

Sublimated Tracksuit Jacket
A water and wind-resistant shell over a soft breathable lining, with a hidden hood tucked into the collar. XS to 2XL, easy to layer for travel, warm-ups and prizegivings.
Sideline / Pool Jacket
A jacket for cold, wet sidelines: a water-resistant nylon shell over heavy polar fleece, with a fleece-lined hood. Available as cut and sew or fully sublimated.
Sublimated Smock Jacket
A light, breathable smock that resists wind and water, XS to 4XL. Made for warm-ups, training and sideline duty without restricting your arms.
Sublimated Puffer Vest
Warmth without the bulk: an insulated, wind-resistant vest with a high collar and full-zip front, XS to 5XL. A sideline and coaching favourite, with your branding on the front and back.
Varsity Jackets
A varsity jacket in wool, poly cotton or faux leather options, XS to 5XL. Warm and durable, personalised with your own patches, names and graduation details, a leavers and milestone favourite.
Sublimated Icon Jacket
A team jacket with attitude: a water-resistant ripstop pullover with a chunky quarter zip and oversized hood, sublimated edge to edge in your colours. Zipped side pockets open into one big internal pocket, there's a Velcro front pouch, and even the lining is printed. Adults XS to 5XL, kids K4 to K14, minimum order 10.
Sublimated Softshell Jacket
Smart, weatherproof and easy to wear every day. This softshell jacket pairs a water-resistant heavy nylon outer with a bonded microfleece lining, so it breathes, keeps the chill out and stays light. Add your club or business logos, names and numbers with sublimation. Zip pockets and Velcro wrist cuffs, in women's, men's and kids' sizes from 10 units.
Sublimated Track Pants
Track pants with ankle zips, side pockets and an elastic waist with adjustable drawstring. Breathable, water-resistant fabric in XS to 3XL, a staple for teams and schools.
Sublimated Zip-Off Track Pants
Full-length leg zips come off quickly over boots or skates. XS to 3XL, popular for roller derby, warm-ups and any team that needs to change fast.

Hoodie — Cut and Sew
A heavyweight 320 GSM cotton/poly hoodie that's warm, soft and holds its shape. Anti-pill and durable, with embroidery included. Good for club merch, leavers and staff wear. Minimum order 50.
Sublimated Hybrid Hoodie
A team and travel hoodie with knitted cuffs, a double-lined hood and a drop-back tail. Choose pull-over, quarter zip or full zip, with your design sublimated on the front panel and the inner hood.
Crew Neck Sweatshirt — Cut and Sew
A 320 GSM cotton/poly crew neck sweatshirt, anti-pill and soft to touch, in XS to 5XL. A simple layer for clubs, schools and workplaces that lasts. Minimum order 50.

Yes. We make custom team jackets and deliver to teams, clubs and schools anywhere in New Zealand.
What's the smallest order I can place?
The minimum order is 10 units.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. Individual names and numbers are included on all sublimated garments.
How long will my order take?
Most garments take 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery. Jackets and knitted or polycotton garments take 6 to 8 weeks.
