CUS supplies teams, clubs, schools and businesses across New Zealand from our base at 1/17 Wall Place, Porirua. Merch is where the club shows up outside game day: cut-and-sew hoodies and crews, sublimated hybrid hoodies, polos, dress shirts, the Icon jacket and supporter jerseys, all branded with your design.
Call (04) 237-4274, email enquiries@cus.kiwi.nz, or start in the Design Your Own builder and we will take it from there. Names and numbers can be added to every garment. The minimum order is 10 units, which suits clubs and schools.

Hoodie — Cut and Sew
A heavyweight 320 GSM cotton/poly hoodie that's warm, soft and holds its shape. Anti-pill and durable, with embroidery included. Good for club merch, leavers and staff wear. Minimum order 50.
Sublimated Hybrid Hoodie
A team and travel hoodie with knitted cuffs, a double-lined hood and a drop-back tail. Choose pull-over, quarter zip or full zip, with your design sublimated on the front panel and the inner hood.
Crew Neck Sweatshirt — Cut and Sew
A 320 GSM cotton/poly crew neck sweatshirt, anti-pill and soft to touch, in XS to 5XL. A simple layer for clubs, schools and workplaces that lasts. Minimum order 50.
Sublimated Icon Jacket
A team jacket with attitude: a water-resistant ripstop pullover with a chunky quarter zip and oversized hood, sublimated edge to edge in your colours. Zipped side pockets open into one big internal pocket, there's a Velcro front pouch, and even the lining is printed. Adults XS to 5XL, kids K4 to K14, minimum order 10.

Yes. We make custom club merch and deliver to teams, clubs and schools anywhere in New Zealand.
What's the smallest order I can place?
The minimum order is 10 units.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. Individual names and numbers are included on all sublimated garments.
How long will my order take?
Most garments take 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery. Jackets and knitted or polycotton garments take 6 to 8 weeks.
